Isn't it interesting that we place so much emphasis on the first of January? As far as I know, there's no reason that this particular day, this floating point in time, should be rewarded with such jubilance. The year is just an artificial creation, and it's not like anything special happens either. If anything, I would be celebrating the start of the new fiscal year; at least then you could toast to a new blank slate! That being said, here are my
Resolutions to be Held for 365 Days:
1. Blog once a day, no matter how small or pointless the post ;)
2. One act of kindness a week (I'm being realistic here)
3. Learn how to power-nap!
4. Learn how to play video games (well)
5. Bake an exotic cupcake
6. Grow two inches taller (don't know how realistic this one is...)
